TEMPUS - Electronic Timetable for oral Tests at the KTF

  • Appointments for oral examinations at the KTF must be made exclusively via the electronic timetable  TEMPUS.
  • The login to TEMPUS is done via the university weblogin (u:account and password), registration is not necessary.
  • An appointment in TEMPUS requires a valid examination registration via U:SPACE.
  • Entry into the electronic timetable TEMPUS is possible 2-6 days before the respective examination date.

Information regarding examinations

Examination dates:

  • We offer 4 examination dates per course: one at the end of the semester and one at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the following semester. After that, it is no longer possible to take the exam (except in justified exceptional cases)!  

  
Registration for exam dates via U: SPACE:

  • You can register online via U: SPACE 21 to 7 days before the exam date.
  • You can unsubscribe 2 days before the exam date.
  • Only students who are duly electronically registered can participate!

 

Entry in the time list for oral exams via TEMPUS (see also info box below):

  • An entry in the electronic time list via TEMPUS requires a valid examination registration on U: SPACE.
  • The login to TEMPUS is done via the university weblogin (u: account and password), a registration is not necessary.
  • Registration via TEMPUS is possible 6 to 2 days before the respective examination date.

Cancellation of exam dates:

  • You can unsubscribe from the exam up to 2 days before the exam date on U: SPACE, as well as from the time list on TEMPUS (if you have already registered there).

 

Absence:

  • If you stay away from the exam without being excused, you will automatically be judged as "Not Qualified", which will result in a 6-week exam lock!
